As part of the government's phased programme of extension of FOI to public bodies, NUI, as of 31st May 2006, is now deemed to be a public body subject to requests made under the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003.
NUI maintains extensive records and provides comprehensive information about its functions and services on this website and in its various publications. Requests for access to NUI records may well be dealt with outside the Freedom of Information Acts, but NUI will assist any person wishing to make such a request under the Acts.
